Thank you for your interest in the EU Nepal Business Forum 2024. This forum brings together business leaders, investors, policymakers, entrepreneurs, institutions, and stakeholders to explore trade, investment, and partnership opportunities between Nepal and the European Union.
As Nepal and the EU celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations, the forum provides a meaningful platform for dialogue, networking, investment promotion, and knowledge exchange under the theme Growing Stronger Together.
Registration Information
Registration requests are intended for participants who wish to attend forum sessions, business discussions, networking activities, matchmaking opportunities, or related events connected to the EU Nepal Business Forum.
Please note that submitting a registration request does not automatically confirm participation. All requests may be reviewed by the organizing team based on event capacity, participant category, relevance to the forum objectives, and available session access.
Who Can Request Registration?
Registration may be requested by individuals and organizations interested in EU–Nepal trade, investment, and business cooperation. This may include investors, business representatives, entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce, development partners, government representatives, academic institutions, students, and civil society stakeholders.
Participants are encouraged to provide accurate details so that the organizing team can better understand their background, area of interest, and expected role in the forum.
Purpose of Registration
The registration process helps the organizers manage participation, coordinate access to sessions, support matchmaking activities, and share important updates with attendees. It also helps identify participants interested in specific sectors, business meetings, trade fair activities, or investment-related discussions.
By submitting a request, participants express their interest in taking part in the forum and receiving relevant communication about schedules, session access, virtual participation, and event updates.
What Information May Be Requested?
The registration form may ask for basic personal and professional information, including name, organization, designation, email address, phone number, country, participant category, and areas of business or investment interest.
Participants may also be asked to indicate whether they are interested in B2B meetings, investment sessions, trade fair participation, student activities, or virtual access to selected sessions.
After Submitting Your Request
Once your request is submitted, the organizing team may review the information and contact you with further details. If participation is confirmed, you may receive instructions about event access, session timing, meeting arrangements, livestream links, or other relevant updates.
If registration for a particular session or activity is already closed, participants may still be invited to join available virtual sessions, live streaming opportunities, or future updates related to the forum.
Virtual Participation
Even when in-person registration is closed, the forum may offer virtual participation options for selected sessions. This allows interested participants from Nepal, Europe, and other regions to follow discussions and stay connected with the key themes of the event.
Virtual access may include live-streamed sessions, online briefings, or other digital participation formats announced by the organizers.
Important Note
The EU Nepal Business Forum is designed to encourage constructive dialogue and practical cooperation. Participants are expected to provide accurate information, respect event guidelines, and use the forum as a platform for professional exchange, partnership building, and responsible engagement.
